These terms apply to your use of the Miri Kurtz Marketing website. A separate signed proposal or agreement controls any consulting engagement.
Website information
Website content provides general marketing information and does not guarantee a particular business, advertising, sales, or search-ranking result. Recommendations depend on each business’s circumstances and are finalized through a separate engagement.
Consulting engagements
Services, scope, schedules, responsibilities, confidential information, and private fees are confirmed in an individual proposal or agreement. No website inquiry creates a consulting relationship by itself.
Intellectual property
The Miri Kurtz Marketing name, MK Method™, original writing, branding, graphics, downloads, and website materials may not be copied, resold, or represented as another person’s work without written permission.
Payments
Approved consulting engagements may be paid by ACH bank transfer or another method stated on the client's invoice. The signed proposal or agreement controls the amount, due date, project terms, and any applicable refund or cancellation provisions. Banking instructions are provided separately through a verified channel and are never published or stored on this website. The website does not itself initiate a bank transfer.
